4 Bewicks & a New Colour Ringed Knot, December 09

Peter came down today as he hasn't been down since the Autumn, we had intended to go and have a look at Vange Marsh but decided to go for a cuppa instead and then headed out on to the Point for around Midday.

Birds today:
Bewick's Swan 4,1 Adult and 3 Immature's flew in off the Sea, low and towards the Creek/Two Tree Island at just before 12:45hrs.
Red Throated Diver 1, Great Crested Grebe 4,Lapwing, Golden Plover 1,Grey Plover 90+,Dunlin 600+, Oystercatcher 1800+,

Knot 2200+ including 1 Colour Ringed Bird, presumed part of a Dutch Project:
Yellow Colour Ring over Green Colour Ring, Left Leg
Yellow Colour Ring over Red Colour Ring over Green Colour Ring, Right Leg
