Had a quick look at the feeding area today, Red Knot numbers were down to just on 30 Birds, I couldn't locate any flag/colour ringed birds amongst them. 1 adult sp Med Gull flying over head calling was nice. As I sat there I re-capped over this winter's Red Knot counts and colour/flag Ringed birds and it was a productive period. I decided to put together a little video clip of a few of my favourite "Red Knot Moments" of this winter and then decided to do work on a similar video for Gulls. (coming soon)
