Decided to have a look at Barling Tip today, quite a few Gulls present with a 1st winter Caspian Gull in the melle briefly being the highlight. Viewing of the tip is a little distant but ok at 30x and is a similar kind of viewing /set up to that of Rainham. I viewed from the seawall with the inter-tidal creek behind me. Gulls also get on to the creek. Also present today 60+ Redshank & 1 Oystercatcher in the creek with Greensandpiper seen flying between pools nearby.
