Juara Beach - Pualu Tioman.

Sometimes you just get lucky, we arrived at Juara yesterday evening and after spending time at the Turtle Sanctuary it looked like there might be a hatching event during our visit. Later that evening a call from Charlie giving us good news that some Hawksbill Turtle chicks were hatching and that we we welcome to pop down and witness the event. So during the early hours of the following morning we joined a few others to witness this special event. Being as professional as ever the situation was managed by Charlie and only red filtered torches and flash guns were allowed as per the photo above and below.

And so after the Turtle hatching event, dawn chased away the darkness of night and we sat on the beach  having a couple of well earned coffees watching the sunrise and a new day unfold over the prefect beach.
